Responsibilities

Lead and manage owner-negotiated HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through closeout, overseeing up to $20M in active work
Provide leadership and mentorship to the project management team, including Assistant Project Managers
Establish and implement repeatable project management processes and best practices to drive consistency and scalability
Partner with sales teams, field leadership, and building owners to ensure successful project execution
Maintain accountability for project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

Required

Proven experience managing commercial mechanical or HVAC construction projects, including complex scopes
Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets and multiple concurrent projects
Solid mechanical background with hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and retrofit environments
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned
Experience leading project teams and working directly with building owners, clients, or senior stakeholders
