Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor on the public cloud journey
Translate S/4HANA Cloud capabilities into business value
Differentiate cloud and on-premise solutions
Lead delivery teams on complex implementations
Mentor and coach less experienced consultants
Apply proven methodologies, tools, and agile practices
Support continuous improvement and industrialization of delivery
Qualification
Required
Deep functional knowledge in one SAP process area, with cross-functional comfort
Experience delivering cloud-based ERP implementations (S/4HANA Cloud preferred)
Understanding of cloud business models and ERP process integration
The ability to lead teams and guide customers through change
A consultative, value-driven approach focused on 'fit to standard'
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A growth mindset and interest in mentoring others
