Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group dynamics
Encouraging student participation and boosting confidence through chat interactions, recognition, and one-on-one touchpoints
Keeping learners focused, motivated, and connected throughout their sessions
Providing operational support to lead educators to ensure workshops proceed without disruption
Serving as a positive, reliable presence across both bilingual programs and extracurricular clubs
Facilitate dynamic virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated during each workshop session
Qualification
Required
Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
Strong communication skills and high comfort with digital platforms
Energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details and smooth transitions
Preferred
Experience with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
Background in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
