Responsibilities
Building trust with K-2 students as a mentor and inspiring a mindset of limitless potential
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to create personalized educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, teamwork) that equip students for long-term success
Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in discovering their individual strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Proven public speaking abilities with demonstrated capacity to captivate and energize young learners
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
