Leads and mentors staff through lending training, coaching and evaluation
Monitors department operations to ensure that security procedures are followed
Maintains LOS by monitoring database for issues, troubleshoot as needed
Performance Management, goal setting and scheduling
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of current and applicable experience
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory role
Advanced knowledge of the lending industry and experience with consumer lending
Preferred
A two-year college degree preferred
