Developing trusted relationships with parents, students, and staff via proactive, bilingual outreach and communication
Overseeing campus safety, including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, documentation standards, and family notifications
Directing daily operational functions such as attendance tracking, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and office administration
Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new team members to promote seamless adoption of campus procedures and culture
Administering student technology and campus systems, acting as the primary on-site tech resource and Google Administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
Confidence with fundamental technology responsibilities including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
Demonstrated written and verbal communication abilities
Capacity to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Fluency in both spoken Spanish and English for effective communication
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
