The Center Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a positive work environment while supporting the needs of both employees and families.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic
Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment for all staff. Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment
Coordinates new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training
Coordinate with intake department regarding capacity
Employee coaching, supervision, management
Manage staff and family complaints
Coordinate related services (Speech and OT)
Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program
Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs
Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions
Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages
Call families to cancel sessions, if needed
Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed
Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback
Create and maintain employee retention programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience in an ABA Clinic
Must have 2 or more years leadership experience
Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred
Registered behavior technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
