Responsibilities
Lead and deliver consulting engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
Translate client business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation plans
Oversee project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices
Mentor and support consulting team members as needed
Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Support new business development efforts, including discovery calls, solution design, and proposal development
Partner with leadership and sales teams to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Contribute to pipeline growth by leveraging client relationships, referrals, and market insights
Participate in presentations, pitches, and client-facing meetings to articulate value propositions
Provide feedback on service offerings based on market and client needs
Assist in defining delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Support internal initiatives related to consulting operations, growth strategy, and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in consulting delivery, professional services, or client-facing roles
Strong understanding of business operations, technology, or transformation initiatives (industry-specific experience a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience supporting or leading business development efforts, including proposals and client expansion
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Prior experience in management consulting, boutique consulting firms, or professional services organizations
Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
Background in project management, delivery leadership, or solution architecture
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies
