Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis efforts, including detailed forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Monitor, analyze, and project cash flow to ensure effective liquidity and capital planning for company operations
Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages in coordination with the Controller and CFO for executive review
Perform ongoing operational and financial analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement or cost optimization
Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support business planning and performance tracking
Partner with cross-functional teams to refine forecasting accuracy and integrate financial insights into operational plans
Support annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally within retail, CPG, or related industries
Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite); experience with BI tools a plus
Proven experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and budget management
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
