Responsibilities
Supports and implements core business decisions related to AMS design, setup, and implementation
Drives a streamlined data migration process for new acquisitions integrating into Relation’s instance of AMS360
Identifies opportunities to optimize or expand the utilization of AMS capabilities to support the objectives of the business
Supports high-priority workstreams associated with Relation’s data governance and quality enhancement efforts
Strategically partners with 3rd party providers where necessary to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks into the data governance process
Builds relationships with new acquisitions to support smooth and collaborative data integration efforts
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management
Highly proficient in agency management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; expresses thoughts and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing to address all levels within the organization; establishes trust and confidence quickly
Strong organizational/time management skills
Ability to communicate appropriately and build professional relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to both internal and external customers and clients
Preferred
College degree in a related field highly preferred
7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems
Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred
