Help Desk Intern
Raphael and Associates is a leader in claims administration and independent adjusting, seeking a Help Desk Intern to support their Information Technology team during the Summer of 2026. This internship provides hands-on experience as a first-level contact for hardware, software, and application problems and requests.

Responsibilities
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment
Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases both in-house and remotely
Assist with the day-to-day roll out of hardware and software updates, patches, and configuration changes as directed by the IT department
Observe current abilities of end users and assist on the development of training guides for existing and new employees
Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the Support Ticketing database-act as a liaison between end users and IT staff to assure accurate problem interpretation

Qualification
Required
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related areas
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail‑focused, and ability to manage multiple tasks
