Responsibilities
Work closely with the VP of Programs to ensure the successful operation of the Employment Services Department including identifying pathways for programmatic growth and revenue development
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities regarding billing, compliance, data collection, and oversight of digital and paper files
Maintain a small caseload of vocational clients, support client intake, and management of the Vocational team
Coordinate team meetings, employment staffing, and interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring the completion of all required documentation
Function as liaison and point-of-contact person for outside agencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or a related field AND 3-5 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation -OR- a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certificate (CRC) preferred
Knowledge of the Illinois Division of Rehabilitation Services and Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Valid drivers license, personal vehicle, and ability to travel to multiple sites
