Finance Intern - Accounting Svcs

Responsibilities
Assist in providing strategic and financial assessments and/or feasibility studies:
Support Decision Support staff in producing forecasts, analyses, and evaluating performance of plans
Help maintain and develop cost accounting systems for system hospitals and other entities
Test, verify, and analyze data using established financial standards, procedures, and techniques:
Review transactions, documents, records, and operational methods for control and efficiency
Prepare and organize supporting documentation
Coordinate reports and data related to departmental activities:
Compile data and assist with preparing oral and written reports
Use data to prepare regular reports and submit them on or before deadlines
Prepare specialized reporting in a timely and efficient manner
Perform all other duties as assigned
