Responsibilities
You will lead Strategic Finance at Zoox, including valuation, corporate development, and our long term financial strategy
Own the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, and executing M&A opportunities that accelerate Zoox’s mission
Foster robust partnerships with both Zoox and Amazon stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and driving joint initiatives that unlock strategic synergies
Manage high-visibility corporate strategy projects that tackle complex organizational challenges and provide the senior management team with actionable insights
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field
Demonstrated experience leading the execution of M&A activities, including target identification, financial valuation, and due diligence management
Expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuations
Proven track record of managing high-visibility strategic projects and presenting findings to executive-level leadership teams
Preferred
Past project or professional experience in the AV/mobility/transportation space
MBA or advanced degree in engineering
Experience working in a high-growth technology company navigating the scaling phase
