Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Responsibilities
Drive the growth of IDEMIA’s Digital Connectivity business in North America
Identify and qualify customer needs, business cases, and pain points
Design and propose secure, scalable, and profitable connectivity solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, and Delivery teams to define optimal solutions
Support customer meetings, presentations, RFPs, and technical proposals
Act as a key contributor during negotiations and ensure smooth handover to Delivery teams
Stay up to date on technology trends and support business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in the Telecom industry
5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or similar roles
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing, multicultural environment
Fluent English
Preferred
Strong knowledge of SIM, eSIM, OTA, and IoT solutions
Experience with the North American Telecom market
French is a plus
