Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions
Support board presentations, monthly reporting, and other financial communications
Analyze company performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Support on financial due diligence and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments
Support capital structure management, debt financing, and cash flow forecasting

Required

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Prior experience in PE backed FP&A / corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or related field
Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital budgeting
Superior financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
High integrity, attention to detail, proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

MBA or CFA preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
