Fendi is a luxury fashion brand seeking a CRM Intern to support their CRM team in managing and analyzing client data across the Americas. The role focuses on enhancing client strategy and CRM initiatives through data organization, reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of client segmentation and reporting files
Display strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and relevance
Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving client experience
Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving advisor engagement
Partner closely with CRM stakeholders to help translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams
Supporting the accuracy and organization of the FENDI Americas client database by identifying key data points, validating information, and assisting with data cleanup and filtering
Assisting in the creation of CRM performance reports by store and by Client Advisor
Supporting basic segmentation and analysis initiatives using Excel or similar tools
Assisting with ad-hoc analytical requests from CRM and store teams as needed
Demonstrate curiosity about how data supports client strategy, retail performance, and marketing initiatives
Display strong mathematics skills, data analytics, economics, and marketing analytics skills
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
Bachelor's degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
Proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communications skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical Skills
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry
