Manage the preparation of recurring and annual financial reporting
Uphold control frameworks and adherence to established standards
Oversee payroll activities and coordinate with related teams
Manage tax matters and long-term financial obligations
Maintain financial systems and support system alignment
Lead and develop the accounting team's performance
Partner cross-functionally to support organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
10+ years of public/industry accounting experience
5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally leading an accounting department
