Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for travelers, assisting with trip changes, resolving issues before, during, and after a trip, and ensuring a seamless experience. This includes phone, text, email, and chat communication
Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to develop the best solutions for issues that arise for our travelers
Manage organization and responses in shared inboxes, where emails range from general inquiries to changes and cancellations
Complete miscellaneous customer experience tasks
Conduct post-trip follow-up with travelers, collecting feedback and addressing any concerns
Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to help improve service quality
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service or support roles
Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and chat
Ability to creatively solve problems and develop solutions
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage shared inboxes and respond to inquiries
Willingness to conduct post-trip follow-up and collect feedback
Ability to provide actionable feedback to internal teams
Availability to work 1-5 shifts per week covering 6AM-2PM ET or 2PM-10PM ET
Must provide own computer and internet
