Responsibilities
Manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of one or more programs
Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics reporting, trends analysis, policy and scientific analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, AFS leadership, and project/portfolio stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate timely and accurate deliverable submissions to the Government customer Manage program staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
Provide support to technical proposals and growth opportunities for this program Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent writing and oral communication skills
Plan and coordinate program management process activities including preparation of briefings and presentation
Qualification
Required
10 years of professional experience with 2 years in program management
Experience with business development & capture
Bachelors degree
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
