OmniStudio/Experience Cloud Technical Team Lead

They are seeking an OmniStudio Technical Team Lead to provide technical and strategic leadership for their Personalized Digital Marketing program, leading a team in designing and maintaining OmniStudio solutions for personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Competent to perform all OmniStudio development and configuration assignments without close supervision; normally assigned the more complex aspects of platform and solution work
Lead and mentor a team of OmniStudio developers and administrators, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Guide the design, development, and optimization of OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
Oversee governance, configuration, and scalability of OmniStudio solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
Communicate with stakeholders to direct development, debugging, and testing of OmniStudio solutions for accuracy, integrity, and completeness
Perform integrated testing and acceptance testing of components, ensuring timely, quality results
Maintain high standards of technical quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Partner with marketing, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field or equivalent working experience
Digital technology experience
Deep expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Good understanding of Lightning Web Components
Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce solutions at scale
Strong knowledge of application architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven)
Experience deploying solutions using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
At least three years of deploying and maintaining solutions using public clouds such as AWS or Azure
Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
Demonstrated leadership on medium to large-scale projects impacting strategic priorities
Preferred
Salesforce OmniStudio certifications preferred
