Responsibilities
Answering prospective family questions within 24 hours with communication that is clear, warm, and consistent with Alpha's values
Organizing and running admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for students
Keeping applicant records accurate and current in admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's model, respond to concerns, and capture their input
Working closely with campus staff and admissions colleagues to ensure every family advances smoothly
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
