The role focuses on relationship-based sales, long-term client success, and ethical practices while managing leads and conducting consultative sales calls with dental practice owners.

Responsibilities

Actively network and generate leads within the dental community
Leverage an established private group of 65,000+ dental professionals for relationship-building and outreach
Work inbound leads generated by the marketing team (currently 15–20 qualified leads per week)
Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects who may not be ready to close immediately
Conduct consultative sales calls with dental practice owners
Diagnose needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide prospects through informed decisions
Confidently close new business while maintaining ethical, transparent sales practices
Set clear, realistic expectations around services, timelines, and outcomes
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity

Required

Proven track record of success in a consultative sales role
Confidence in commission-based compensation, with no hesitation about 50% of earnings coming from commissions
Strong understanding of digital marketing (websites, SEO, ads, social media)

Ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with professional clients
Results-driven, disciplined, and accountable to goals
Clear, honest communicator who does not oversell or pressure prospects
Consultative Sales: 3 years (Required)
