Responsibilities

Conducting brief, focused reading workshops that develop phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
Creating personalized motivational sessions that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level proficiency

Qualification

Master's degree in readingAdvanced reading certificationSmall-group reading interventionsAI/adaptive learning toolsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
At least 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and attentive to student interactions within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
