Responsibilities
Plan and manage facility, office, and production equipment layout changes to maximize efficiency, space utilization, and operational effectiveness
Partner with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria, layouts, and detailed drawings
Prepare bid packages and support contract development for construction and facility acquisitions
Estimate and evaluate project costs, including equipment, labor, materials, installation, and related expenses
Monitor construction and installation progress to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Ensure all projects meet applicable building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory standards
Develop performance specifications to support unique operational and compliance needs
Apply standard engineering and facility planning principles to solve problems of moderate scope, using sound judgment and analytical thinking
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Contribute to project success and broader organizational goals through collaboration and execution
Qualification
Required
A university degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent hands-on experience
Working knowledge of facility planning, construction coordination, and project execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply structured problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfort working independently on routine tasks, with guidance provided for new or complex projects
