Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering organization to deliver high-impact technical solutions
Define and implement technical strategy and architecture for systems and solutions across teams
Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps
Drive operational excellence and adoption of engineering best practices (e.g., CI/CD, observability, cloud performance)
Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and with external partners
Oversee key decisions affecting systems design, deployment standards, and technology investments
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technology leadership
5+ years in senior leadership, program management, or director-level roles driving complex technical outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and scale engineering practices
Strong communicator with proven experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership
Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale product delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
