Monitor and analyze branch performance to meet sales and operational targets
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost-saving strategies
Set pricing and sales goals to drive profitability
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
Generate and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities
