Responsibilities
Utilizing customer service skills to help resolve resident issues and to build a strong, professional rapport with residents at the property
Taking ownership and managing the entire lease renewal process from start to finish
Working closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are resolved and will follow-up with residents to ensure their satisfaction
Providing ongoing support to the front office and assist them with administrative duties including data entry, ordering supplies, making copies of business correspondence, etc
Making courtesy calls to all new residents to ensure they are satisfied with their decision to live at a Simpson community
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience customer service experience (real estate, retail, hotel/hospitality, etc.)
Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary
Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement
