Business Development Executive, Partnerships (LATAM, B2B, Nebius Academy)

Responsibilities
Identify, design, and close strategic partnerships and business opportunities with Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations, corporations, business chambers, universities and educational institutions, government bodies, NGOs, and technology partners across LATAM
Drive new market and growth opportunities in the region, including public tenders, government and institutional programs, and large-scale partnership models
Lead full-cycle consultative partnership and sales processes — from discovery, relationship building, and needs assessment to negotiation, closing, and initial execution
Build tailored value propositions focused on AI adoption, workforce upskilling, enterprise transformation, and social-impact programs
Co-create and launch new products, programs, and go-to-market initiatives based on regional market needs and client demand, in collaboration with internal teams
Design and execute impact-driven initiatives (e.g. programs for women, inclusion, public–private partnerships) aligned with business and regional priorities
Manage and grow partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration, repeat business, and scalable impact
Operate in a hands-on, startup environment, working across sales, operations, legal coordination, and GTM execution when needed
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, academic teams, and sales leadership to shape regional strategy and offerings
Represent Nebius Academy in meetings with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, as well as at webinars, conferences, and industry events across LATAM
Maintain a highly organized pipeline, partnership documentation, and performance reporting to support regional growth and expansion
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliances, B2B Sales, or Consulting, with a focus on relationship-driven and complex deals
Strong business networking skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, HR leaders, and innovation stakeholders
Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close multi-stakeholder, non-transactional deals
Experience working with LATAM markets (regional exposure is a strong advantage)
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with high autonomy and ability to operate in fast-paced or startup-like environments
Excellent communication skills in Spanish (mandatory); English at a good working level
Strategic yet execution-oriented professional, able to turn ideas into concrete initiatives and results
Purpose-driven, collaborative professional with strong interpersonal skills and integrity, passionate about education, technology, and AI-driven transformation
