Director of Affiliate Growth

Legacy Capital Services is a national consumer rights law firm focused on helping Americans achieve financial freedom from debt. They are seeking a Director of Affiliate Growth to lead performance and growth across their affiliate sales channel, responsible for increasing revenue and improving conversion rates for their debt resolution services.

Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and present Legacy’s consumer rights and debt relief programs to potential affiliates, clearly articulating the business value and partnership benefits
Negotiate and execute affiliate contracts, ensuring all agreements align with company
Partner with sales teams and affiliate operations to ensure a smooth transition for sales floors converting to full affiliate partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams to align strategy, share insights, and improve the affiliate experience
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Analyze pipeline, conversion rates, and key revenue metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Build scalable processes and best practices to increase productivity, efficiency, and results
Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and sales forecasting
Strong understanding of commission structures and the ability to clearly explain compensation plans, performance metrics, and incentive alignment to sales teams and partners
Stay current on industry trends, competitive movements, and legal changes affecting the debt relief space
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Required

At least two (2) to ten (10) years of industry experience in debt resolution, consolidation, or credit repair
Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems
Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize affiliate programs
Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimization
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Cross-Functional leadership with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product and Sales
High level negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationship

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Willingness to travel up to 20%
