Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters
Focus on qualified plans counseling including 401(k), 403(b), Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans, and ESOPS
Assist with M&A and executive compensation issues
Work on ERISA Title I matters in the context of investment funds and/or structured finance

Required

6+ years of experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)

Experience with M&A and executive compensation and/or ERISA Title I experience in the context of investment funds and/or structured finance
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing skills
Ability to work well on a team
Resume, writing sample and a copy of law school transcript must be included in application
