Training Program Manager
Ferrovial is a company involved in the financing, design, construction, and operation of transportation infrastructure. The Training Program Manager will build and maintain the I-66 EMP training program, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with training requirements and manage training initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual training requirements to include both initial training and refresher trainings
Evaluate and approve all third-party/external trainers
Build out a calendar of required training and coordinate with each department to schedule the classes/trainings
Handle the procurement process for all third party and Train-the-Trainer certification courses
Create, implement and manage the I-66 EMP training program, maintain metrics and training KPIs
Search for gaps in training material that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety
Manage the training budget. Overseeing budgets for training programs. Ensuring that training initiatives are cost-effective and deliver value to I-66 EMP
Manage the I-66 EMP Train-the-trainer internal program
Review and provide recommendations for improvements for the various departmental OJT training/onboarding training programs based on incidents, lessons learned and internal improvement plans
Collaborate with each department’s Training POC
Manage the Learning Management System (KPA)
Load all completed training in the learning management system
Evaluate the effectiveness of the trainings provided
Identify training needs by creating training plans that meet the needs of the workforce and organization
Assist in building up training material as needed
Evaluate pre-built training material (E-learning)
Assist with the development of strategic training plans
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in business, education, or related field and 3 years of training management experience or bachelor's degree with 5 years of training management experience or associate's degree with 7+ years of training management experience. Any combination of relevant education and/or experience that can demonstrates the proficiency in the essential functions of this role

Ability to perform data entry and digital record keeping utilizing a computer
Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, excel and other PC based programs
Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, including repetitive hand and wrist movements
Proficiency in handling office equipment and moving around the office
Good visual acuity for reading screens and documents
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds and push or pull loads of up to 20 pounds; physical fitness and stamina are essential
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred
OSHA 500 certified or other training certification
Familiar with modern and traditional training methods
Familiar with training evaluation methodologies
Familiar with OSHA, DOT, EPA training requirements
