Responsibilities
Lead Pathways NSR and CSR planning and execution
Coordinate pre-arrival onboarding and first-week attendance follow-up
Advise Pathways and Earned Pathways students post-start
Develop and track Earned Pathways academic plans
Monitor midterms, probation cases, and students of concern
Supervise Success Coach outreach and engagement initiatives
Maintain Pathways transfer tracking and admissions readiness
Support sponsored Pathways students with reports and communication
Coordinate orientation, compliance, and DSO-related tasks for PW program
Completes advising tasks related to Pathway sponsored students issues related to financial guarantees, health insurance, and other related tasks
Review and customize course maps for PWs students depending on their major
Work with GL team to update annual PW budgets and program costs for PW activities, PW website and agents
Advises assigned students and maintains records; updates team members on student issues. Prioritizes student success and retention
Responds to Global Launch student questions or issues through various channels such as meetings via Zoom or in-person, email, phone, and social media
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
Experience working with international students including English language learners with varying proficiency
Experience working or living abroad
Evidence of fluency in at least one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish
Experience providing customer service in a higher education environment
Experience with student success and advising
Familiarity with processes related to F-1 students and SEVIS
Experience in building effective and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or other CRM, Slack, Microsoft Bookings, Canvas LMS, Airtable, Adobe
Experience working in a fast-paced supportive team environment
Evidence of high quality work that requires attention to detail and organization
Familiarity with ASU systems and programs
Evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present before groups of students
