Responsibilities

Manage the full credit and collections process for all accounts
Manage team to ensure work performed follows collection strategies
Review and approve new customer credit applications and limits
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accounts
Identify and resolve customer disputes
Work closely with billing, sales and operations teams to manage AR portfolio
Maintain detailed records of communications and collection activity
Prepare weekly and ad hoc collections reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Proven track record of reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improving collections performance
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Exceptional in Microsoft Suite
Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
