Responsibilities
Oversee core accounting operations, including day-to-day financial processes and reporting
Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and maintain compliance with accounting standards
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support business growth
Strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to enable scalability
Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insight and support sound decision-making
Help build and support a collaborative, accountable finance team and working environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Several years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, ideally within hospitality or restaurants
Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and financial tools, with solid Excel skills
Understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and best practices in financial reporting
Analytical, business-minded professional who collaborates well with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Restaurant365 or similar accounting/restaurant management software
