Required

Senior operating executive
Direct experience in self-funded health/employee benefits
Strong relationships with carriers and brokers
Background in one or more of the following areas: Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) serving self-funded employers, Stop loss insurance (carriers or MGUs), Alternative health plan designs (ICHRA, MEC / MV plans, level-funded plans), Self-funding captive managers, Cost containment or point solutions for self-funded employers
Able to support deal diligence and sourcing
