Responsibilities

Contribute to system and component-level design for complex software solutions
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Independently own and deliver significant technical workstreams
Quickly ramp up on large, evolving codebases
Work effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements
Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and customers
Identify risks early and help guide technical decisions during delivery
Support production workloads, including troubleshooting and performance considerations

Required

15+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with modern web application stacks
Proficiency in Python-based backend development
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js (or similar)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Strong understanding of databases and production systems
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based delivery
Excellent communication skills and technical leadership capability
