Responsibilities
Welcome and assist members at the Mayfair branch, representing UW Credit Union
Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line
Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures
Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members
Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate
Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations
Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs
Support our bilingual (Spanish/English) members
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 20 hours
Fluent in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
Ability to work in an autonomous environment
