Customer Service Supervisor
Brady Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to provide critical assistance throughout the sales cycle. This role serves as the primary link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring efficient order processing and professional service post-sale.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary resource for our sales team, assisting with the identification and successful implementation of products in new or complex customer applications
Provide timely responses via multiple communication platforms
Explain product features, pricing, shipping policies, or warranty terms clearly and accurately
Maintain Brady policies while maintaining a positive customer relationship
Log details of every interaction, including the issue, the resolution, and any follow-up needed and executing necessary actions
Identify patterns and report them to management or the sales team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Strong relationship building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system
Experience working with CRM Systems
Preferred
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing concepts, preferred
Experience with Salesforce or Nice Mpower technology platforms, preferred
