Responsibilities
Define finance workflows across domains such as: Investment Banking (M&A, market research), Private Equity (commercial diligence, portfolio analysis), Asset Management (earnings analysis, portfolio construction), Equity Research (investment thesis, valuation, forecasting)
Design evaluations & test cases for AI/LLM systems: Specify inputs, expected outputs, and success criteria; Build structured rubrics, scoring frameworks, and golden responses
Assess LLM capabilities on complex financial tasks: Financial statement analysis, Market & competitive research, Risk assessment and forecasting
Guide data curation & annotation: Identify high-quality financial data; Support human-in-the-loop evaluation and validation
Provide iterative feedback to improve AI accuracy, reasoning quality, and real-world relevance
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with some of the following: AI / LLM modeling or evaluation in finance
Prompt engineering for financial use cases
Designing rubrics, scoring frameworks, or golden responses
Data annotation or human-in-the-loop model evaluation
Using AI tools to support financial decision-making or optimization
7+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Equity Research
Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex finance problems into measurable steps
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Preferred
Prior exposure to AI / ML / LLM-based financial models is a strong plus
