Responsibilities
Maintain overall organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse
Manage warehouse inventory at appropriate levels
Manage shipping and receiving, checking all incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
Organize and stage equipment and materials for service and install projects
Truck and warehouse replenishment as needed
Work with Purchasing Agent on equipment and material ordering
Audits of company owned tools, equipment, and materials
Track project returns to suppliers or back to inventory
Support field crews with on-site deliveries as needed
Improve processes to increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
Previous warehouse management or lead experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a high-volume, service-driven environment
Comfortable with inventory management and basic computer skills
Self-starter with a take-ownership mindset
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet
Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and written
Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier
