Digital Media Manager
Shane Co. is a family-owned business seeking a Digital Media Manager to oversee the strategic development and execution of paid digital media campaigns primarily within the Google Ads ecosystem. Responsibilities
Drive full-funnel Google Ads strategy (Searc, Pmax, DV/360, Shopping and YouTube), including advanced bidding tactics, AI, testing and optimization
Oversee agency and vendor management of, but not limited to SEM, Display, and Digital Video media buying
Manage budgets, pacing, actualization and provide strategic recommendations
Manage end-to-end advertising campaign processes, including planning, setup, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting inside ad platforms
Oversee digital media trafficking, ensuring the precise implementation of campaigns
Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital media strategies that align with overarching marketing goals
Collaborate with Brand team on media flights
Work with internal Marketing teams to coordinate the launch of media campaigns, including archiving and requesting new assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
Monitor campaign performance data to identify trends, derive insights, and recommend optimization strategies
Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Use reporting tools to review data on the effectiveness of campaigns
Collect and maintain media hindsight raw data across all channels, markets, and months for post-campaign analysis and reporting
Manage relationships with external vendors, account reps, and partners, as required
Supervise and mentor direct report(s), offering guidance and support for their professional development
Remain current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital media advertising
Abide by the specific policies and procedures of digital advertising, including CCPA, and other future requirements surrounding PII protection
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in buying digital media, ideally within an agency setting
Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube, DV/360) and familiarity with the Reddit Ads and Twitch (Amazon Advertising) ecosystems
Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-level B2C clients, preferably within the luxury goods space
Strong understanding of media buying software and platforms, i.e. Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, DV/360
Comprehensive understanding of digital media marketing principles, best practices, and current trends
Proven ability to achieve measurable results through paid digital media campaigns
Advanced analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in digital media analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
Experience in managing and mentoring team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
Preferred
Experience in eCommerce and/or retail is advantageous
