Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MM and P2P solutions in an S/4HANA environment
Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO
Manage full life-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications
Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
Support production processes including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Workflow
Handle support activities including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
Lead cross-functional workshops, provide guidance on SAP best practices, and identify opportunities for process optimization
Train business users and provide ongoing support for post-implementation activities
Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business and IT teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and P2P modules, including configuration and support
At least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes
Strong integration experience with SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO modules
Expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, MRP, and production execution
Proven experience with gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications and working closely with developers
Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to MM and P2P
Familiarity with SAP and / or hybrid delivery methodologies
Exposure to global SAP implementations or rollouts
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
SAP certification in MM, P2P, or S/4HANA is a strong advantage
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
