Sales Engineer / Solutions Sales - LED Video Walls, AV & Visual Technology
Refresh LED is a company that designs and supports high-performance LED video wall solutions. They are seeking a Sales Engineer / Solutions Sales professional to lead consultative sales for LED video wall solutions, manage the sales process, and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for LED video wall and AV solutions
Develop new business through inbound and outbound leads
Build relationships with churches, schools, corporate clients and event organizations
Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, budgets and timelines
Translate client requirements into solution concepts and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, scope and feasibility
Present LED display and AV solution options to clients
Position Refresh LED as a trusted technology partner
Partner with project managers, technicians and support teams
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation
Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, AV sales, commercial services sales, construction sales or systems integration sales
Track record of success in consultative selling or solution-based sales
Ability to communicate technical concepts at a high level
Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
Willingness to travel occasionally (2-10 days per quarter)
Valid driver's license and passport eligibility
Preferred
Relevant backgrounds in commercial AV, LED displays, audiovisual integration
Technology solutions, SaaS, hardware or infrastructure sales
Construction, electrical, low-voltage or building systems sales
Professional services or capital equipment sales
