Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in the telecom domain
Proven experience with telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, mediation, and network management
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices
Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols (e.g., TM Forum, 3GPP, MEF)
Preferred Skills: Certifications in TOGAF, TM Forum, or cloud architecture
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in telecom
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
