Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Create functional specifications, process flows, and use cases
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and traceable throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
Preferred
Experience with business analysis tools and documentation standards
Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or system implementation projects
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
