Help agencies grow, scale, and perform at a higher level
Build strong relationships with agency owners and their teams
Drive measurable results and confidently coach agencies on systems, processes, and strategies that fuel sustainable growth
Partner directly with agency owners to help them scale their businesses through effective use of leads, marketing strategies, technology, and CRM systems
Hold teams accountable to performance standards
Collaborate with the district recruiting and hiring team to support talent acquisition efforts
Help attract, develop, and position future agency owners and key staff for success
Qualification
Required
Must hold or be willing and able to obtain Arizona Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire
5+ years of experience in insurance, sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, or performance coaching
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and drive results without constant oversight
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proven experience holding professionals accountable to performance goals
Must pass a company background and compliance requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
