Advise on complex commercial and healthcare regulatory matters
Manage complex matters in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and strong academic background
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
3+ years of experience as a commercial attorney at a top law firm and/or in-house
Knowledge of payor contracting, billing, reimbursement, auditing, and compliance guidelines
Ability to independently manage complex matters in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strong judgment and ability to provide practical, risk-balanced advice
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Experience advising on Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) and/or Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs) regulations
