They are seeking a highly experienced Pega CDH Architect to support a high-visibility Customer Decision Hub initiative, requiring expertise in Pega CDH and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Pega CDH solutions, including strategies, rules, and analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD)
Architect and optimize NBA decisioning, alerting, action/offer lifecycle, propensities, scoring, and modeling (CAR)
Design and manage customer profiles, journeys, interaction history, identification, and matching
Lead class structure/hierarchy, use-case design, and data modeling to extend Pega frameworks
Create and manage treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements
Evaluate change requests, assess impacts, and maintain design documentation
Build and enhance Decisioning components (decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategies, ranking)
Design and implement custom integrations , including APIc (Azure) , secure file transfer, and storage
Perform hands-on testing within Pega 24.x platforms
Support deployments, code merges , and CI/CD using GitHub/RTC and automation tools
Deliver solutions using Agile (SAFe preferred) within defined timelines
Collaborate in onshore/offshore models with strong communication and coordination
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams
Qualification
Required
Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)
8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH v24.x
3+ years each in: Pega class hierarchy, use-case design, and data modeling
3+ years each in: Treatment groups, properties, and data elements
3+ years each in: Decisioning components and strategy design
3+ years each in: Change impact analysis and design documentation
3+ years each in: Custom integrations and API-based solutions
3+ years each in: Deployments and code-merge activities
Strong expertise in decisioning design principles, NBA, and predictive analysis
Experience with Azure APIc, secure file transfer technologies
Agile delivery experience (SAFe preferred)
Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams
Preferred
Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2
Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud exposure
Experience with AWS APIc, Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS), and authentication protocols
IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, and chatbot platforms
