Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Acumatica Subject Matter Expert and system owner, overseeing ERP/CRM implementation, optimization, and ongoing end-user support
Provide functional and technical support for Acumatica, including day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Utilize Acumatica CSV imports to cleanse, update, and import data as needed
Partner with business process owners to identify process and data gaps and translate requirements into system configuration or enhancement needs
Develop and deliver Acumatica training sessions and user documentation to support adoption and best practices
Support system enhancements, including configuration changes, minor development support, testing, data validation, documentation, and release coordination
Ensure end users and the Company are maximizing Acumatica functionality and adhering to ERP best practices
Review and modify existing Acumatica configurations, including custom fields, dashboards, reports, and workflows
Provide general IT systems support as needed, including coordination with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in an ERP systems role, preferably with Acumatica
Experience implementing, supporting, and integrating Acumatica modules
Strong understanding of system configuration, reporting, data migration, and data management
Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, documentation, and change management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-designed skills
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Hands on experience with Acumatica ERP software
Acumatica ERP Certification
Background in manufacturing, materials management, or purchasing and procurement processes a plus
